ARTICLE I: application of general terms of sale

The present general terms of sale apply to the services supplied by the Hotel Beautiful Air, 764 avenue of the Mexicans - 04850 Jausiers.
These general terms of sale are sent to the customer at the same time as the estimate, to allow him(her) to make its reservation. Any reservation thus implies(involves) on behalf of the customer the whole membership and without reserve on the present conditions.

ARTICLE II: reservation - Deposit

The customer has to confirm his reservation by mail or e-mail accompanied with a payment of deposit by credit card equivalent to 30 % of the amount of the stay. For lack of payment, the establishment does not confirm the reservation and does not guarantee the availability of the reserved rooms.

ARTICLE III: organization of the reservation


rooms will be put at the disposal of the customer from 2 pm and must be released the day of the departure before 11 am. Any overtaking of this deadline(extension) being able to pull(entail) the invoicing of an additional overnight stay. In case of arrival after 6:00 pm, the reception must be prevented.


the customer has to cancel the number of breakfast at the latest the day before, the hour limits 22 hours. Beyond, the hotel reserves the right to charge the breakfasts even if they are not consumed.

No show:

not cancelled ordered services will be charged on the basis of all of the stay.

ARTICLE IV: modification of the services

Any demand(request) of modification of the services(performances) with regard to(compared with) the made reservation, must be sent in writing to the establishment. The modification can be accepted and confirmed only according to the availability of the establishment at the time of the demand(request).

ARTICLE V: total or partial Cancellation

Total cancellation:
Until 14 days before the date of the beginning of the stay and whatever is the motive, the deposit will be paid off.
Less than 14 days at 12 pm of the date of arrival, the deposit will be kept and to cost on a next stay in the calendar year.
After this deadline, the reservation becomes a no-show ordered service not cancelled or cancelled unless 24 hours by the arrival, the completeness of the total amount of the stay will then be asked you.
In case of strength major (accident, deaths, medical reasons), the hotel will restore, on production of a documentary evidence, the amount of the paid deposit.

Partial cancellation:
In the case of a shortened stay, a moved date of arrival, a modified number of people or any other fact modifying the booking contract of origin, the paid(poured) deposit will be neither paid off, nor deducted from the invoice, these establishing(constituting) a way(means) of revocation. The balance of the stay initially reserved will be asked.

ARTICLE VI: Délogement

En cas de force majeure, the establishment saves himself the possibility of making accommodate totally or partially the participants in a hotel of closeness and equivalent category for the services of the same nature, the expenses of transfer staying chargeable to the establishment, which cannot be looked for in payment for any complementary compensation.


Price lists are expressed in euros TTC. Price lists confirmed at request of reservation are firm until the date of the end of levying of option. After this deadline, they may be modified according to the economic conditions. The applicable price lists are then the ones current the day of the realization of the service. They can be modified in case of legislative change and\or statutory susceptible to pull price changes such as: modification of the rate of applicable VAT, modification of the tourist tax, the institution of new taxes, etc.

Our friends animals are admitted in the establishment: 6€ a day

ARTICLE VIII: modality of regulation

The payment terms of the price divide as follows:

At the end of your stay, the deposit will be deducted on the final invoice, for the initially planned period. The invoices of the balance as well as the extra: laundry, drinks, telephone, tourist tax are payable at the end of the stay

ARTICLE IX: RESPONSIBILITIES deterioration - break - robbery

The hotel disclaims all liability in case of robbery, loss, degradation of the effects belonging to the customers during their stay.
The customer will have to inform the establishment of any degradation of which it would be originally. He is responsible for the set of the damage caused by his intermediary and makes a commitment, in case of degradation of the made available places, (the room, the common spaces such as, garden, lounge, toilets) to support the costs of restoration.

The customer accepts and makes a commitment to use the room as a father. So any behavior contrary to common decency and in the law and order will bring the hotelkeeper to request for the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and or without any refund if a regulation was made already.

ARTICLE X- Information Technology and Civil Liberties

The hotel Beautiful Air proposes an internet access in WiFi. The user customer commits to what the provided him with computing resources is not used in no way for purposes of reproduction, of representation, provision or communication to the public of works or objects protected by a copyright, by a right neighbor such as texts, embellish with images photos, audiovisual pieces of music, software and video games, without the authorization of the holders of the rights planned in deliver I and II of the code of the intellectual property when this authorization is required.
